As the Usability and Accessibility Analyst within the Child Link UX and Product Team I provided expert UX recommendations for the planning and delivery of user testing activities for Child Link, a web based platform that displays information about a child to authorised key professionals across Victoria that have responsibility for child wellbeing and safety.

Led product design for a joint government web application and website, providing Victorian citizens to Check. Apply. Notify fire permits online, whilst enabling Victorian fire services to visualise, assess, and coordinate the management of fire permits across the Victorian community.

  • Design, delivery and handover of user experience artefacts (sitemaps, user flows, wireframes) for Loyalty and Rewards experience, including design of 50 screens across 3 customer types for Dulux Trade App.
  • Iterative end-to-end design and collaboration to deliver 60 plus screens for 2 user groups across 3 platforms (Dulux Trade App, Dulux Trade Web, Dulux.com.au).
  • Presentation of Find a painter design concepts to over 100 Dulux Australia Marketing colleagues at annual conference in April 2024.
  • Wire-framing and prototyping of key Cabots website Product Finder. New design combines 3 fragmented tools into 1 product recommendation tool for over 50 timber and product combinations.

  • Collaborating with Product Owner and Marketing Manager to rapidly prototype responsive design approach and concepts ensuring alignment to organisation brand guidelines.
  • Using Google Analytics, Figma, and Microsoft product suite to explore, define, and validate problems through wireframes, visual design, interaction design and user flows.
  • Collaborating with developers in Microsoft Teams and Azure DevOps for handover of visual and interaction design, and user flows within user stories that met user and business requirements, including acceptance criteria.
